Delivery is Free by 2nd class delivery to any UK address.

Second class post usually takes two to three working days to be delivered so if you need it quicker, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

 My order is urgent - can you send it any quicker? 

We've all done it, forgotten a birthday and are in a rush to get something delivered. Pop a note in the Note Section of checkout and I will do my best to help you out. 

 

 

 How do I return or exchange an item?

I am more than happy to refund returns sent back within 30 days in new condition. Please email me at info@eli-allison.com for all the info.

 Sustainability  

The world has had enough of our selfish ways, and it wants to break up so we've got to change unless we all want to be stuck on Mars with a self-satisfied Elon Musk.  

The greeting cards and Art Prints are printed on sustainably sourced 340gsm paper, but I'm looking into options for 100% recycled card, so watch this space. 

My packaging boxes are made from cardboard and are fully recyclable and I'm looking into the options for full-circle, recycled and recyclable. 
I avoid plastic like the plague so it's tissue paper, and string for wrapping although I am partial to a sticker. 
Now I'm not saying that my small shop is going to change much, but if I'm not part of the solution I am part of the problem. Come with me it feels nice and smug.

 I love your doodles can I get an original?

Hell to the yes. I hand draw all my images first and then colour them in the magical world of adobe. So if your happy with pencil sketches, or a black and white version of your favourite doodle, I'm happy to accommodate. Prices start at £20. Email me up at info@eli-allison.com. 

 

You sign your prints, but I don't want your scrawl all over my art print.

I'm not going to pretend this doesn't hurt... but I'm happy to sign the back of your print instead. Just leave a note in the shopping cart section when you check out, and I'll be happy to leave my nasty John Hancock off the front of your print. 

 

Do you do commission work?

I'm going to level with you, I'm a one-woman team, so while I'm pretty fudging fabulous, I'm not God, (yet). This means I use the data collected by this website through Google Analytics to try and make my way. 
Third parties also use the data created when you share things from this website on their platforms.  Do I wish certain companies wouldn't use this data to seemingly break society? Of course. But like I said, I'm a one-woman show, just trying to make my way and I don't know how to build a website from scratch.
